Hamlet high speed steel 1/4" parting tool with handle.  Made in Sheffield England. 
Excellent quality for a   fundamental tool of between center work.  Made by Hamlet of Sheffield, this 1/4" wide standard parting tool is made of M2 high speed steel.   The handle is of stained European beech.   I also offer a version of this tool without a handle.
