This is the Oneway interchangeable handle, approximately 12" in length.  It is made of a durable steel core covered by a hard plastic with nylon strands woven in the plastic.  At one end is a 5/8" opening and the other end has a 1/2" opening. 

This is a great option for 1/2" and 5/8" round shank tools  (usually bowl and detail gouges) and some flat shank tools.  The tool is held by two set screws, Allen wrench included.
